Fine, I'll say it. Big Daddy should have thrown Wisit under the train. Seriously folks. Rococo? For that client? I don't think so. Jeffrey had it right when he said Wisit would take Kerry down. Secondly, Shazia should have been the one to leave.

Ugh. I feel like such a complainer, ha.

But, I would have to say that Eddie is now my favorite. And, although I don't care for all of Natalie's stuff, she seems to have a cheery disposition which is a nice change of pace.

Fudge, fudge, fudge!
That place is really, really cool.
Ugh.
Let me go back to the bungalow I used to love.
I think their kitchen is bigger than my whole place!
It ain't easy been green...jealous that is.

A lot of player haters here. I'm not a complete fan of hers, but to dismiss her while you sit in your one-bedroom apartment in Van Nuys is a little harsh. Okay. That's unfair, but you get the point. She had the drive to go from being a Playmate to having an empire. If you can do better, you should.

In the top two pictures of the post, what looks unfinished? Um, nothing. Threadbare is right; KWID is a trend setter, like it or not. I for one am glad she is moving on as I am a fan of a more pure Hollywood Regency a'la William Haines, but I think attacking her like she's the next contestant on American Idol is a little petty.

Hmm. Well, I'm not against altering an original, but why would you? The whole purpose is that you are getting something iconic...something that has withstood time better than, say, your poster of Farah Fawcett. There are so many good knock-offs out there, why not use them for your experiments?

Lusting? After that stuff? Ha. I'm not being cruel, just having fun. But, seriously, that room shouts out in colorful depression. It wants to be more. To be the cute girl. Alas, it will always be known as Laura Palmer's best friend and never get out of its own way. The Eames were clever with their Tchotchkes. This is much more institutional. In a bad way.

While this room looks nice, I think it would be hard for most people to make a black room that wasn't overly depressing.

I hear ya. But, you've got it all wrong when you say "...the magenta sectional will become the main focus of the space".

The main focus IS the space. It's what makes the place.

Don't screw with it. If you want to highlight certain areas, do it with oriental rugs, screens, lighting, plants, art work, etc. If you still feel the bug to do something drastic, do it SLOWLY and over a long period of time.

Great looking place!

Well, as my username implies, I have an opinion about where to live, ha. But, you should definitely try to be within 40 minutes of work...and be able to use public transport.

Now, to a lot of people out there 40 minutes sounds like a long time. It is. But, you would be hard pressed to go from Hollywood to Century City in that time frame during rush hour.

So, have a commute plan and then work backwards. I definitely favor the Eastside for a variety of reasons, but the biggest reason (and I know I'll be attacked for this) is that it's a lot less homogenous than the Westside (let's say West of Fairfax to the Beach and North of the 10). You have a real mix of people. We have Little Thailand, Koreatown, Little Tokyo...the list goes on. And with this we have the restaurants and culture that go with it. The Chinese New Years Day parade and Thai New Years Festival on Hollywood Blvd. We have the downtown art walk every month, Griffith Park, and Sunset Junction. We have Melrose, Larchmont Village, and the vast majority of Historic Preservation Overlay Zones.

Does that mean I never go to the Westside? Absolutely not. Great restaurants, Main Street, and the Getty are all good reasons. But, for me, they are reasons to visit. Not live.

He bought it after starring in A Fish Called Selma. It's great to see that other stars are as interested in architecture as Brad Pitt is.

One day, hopefully soon, it won't be generally acceptable to denigrate coffee shop floors. It's not their fault that they are dirty.

People, a lot of times it just looks nice to have a light on. Use a low wattage one if you are really green. Turn it off at midnight. If you are on this website you are probably concerned with aesthetics. And there is nothing aesthetic about solar lights or motion detectors.

The Living Room is a great store. I've been through there many times and always find something great to oogle on. It's well worth a trip out to Silverlake!
