While there are people who say they are graphic designers, artist, and general aesthetic enthusiasts, I believe I am the first industrial designer to give a pitch. Making beautiful consumer goods, including electronics, is kinda my passion.

Before I buy ANY product, I analyze and research it to exhaustion, and also I look for the little details that designers put in to add enjoyment, or the "wow" factor.

As a reviewer, I would not only consider my own experience, but also that of other target groups and age range. Also I will be able to compare it to other "next gen" systems, as I either have, or have access to a wii or PS3.

I am quite knowledgeable in the area of anthropometrics and ergonomics, as well as the evolution of product design from the Bauhaus to Deconstruction to Blobism movements.

I have had experience with interface design, both digital, and physical, and also look for ways to combine art and engineering.

Also as a designer, I am very excited about the digital community aspect of the Xbox 360. One of my personal goals is to constantly find ways to humanize technology, and to bring to people together.

I am also a huge videogame geek. I love playing games, especially quirky games like Katamari, Gem Fighter, Viva Piñata, or anything that is really cute. I suck at first person shooters, but always try playing the really gorgeous ones like Doom, Gears of War, and hopefully soon, Bioshock. I also like fighting games like Soulcalibur series, and the Guilty Gear series.

If you read the titles above, yes, I used to have a 360. Unfortunately I have been marked with the red ring of death, and was going to buy a new 360 elite to replace it. The release of rock band is looming near, and without a 360, our band, "The Meh Monocle," will be dashed before we even get one note out!

As for the screen and sound, I have a full Onkyo surround sound system, and if awarded with this sweet prize, I will use the money I saved from buying the system to buy a brand new 50" Panasonic plasma screen. What better way to get a great review than to have someone experience HD gaming for the first time ever?
