@charlotte2800 Thanks for asking, I love my job! I went to grad school at the Institute of Design at IIT. They have a fantastic user-centered design program (I have a 3-year masters in Design Planning). I work for a small innovation consulting firm.

@Ekta Naik The bar stools are from CB2, and the color is called "lobster" - more of an orange-red.

@gapped The bedroom ceiling fan is from some ceiling fan website, unfortunately I can't seem to find it. I think I googled "modern brown ceiling fan" since most modern fans are chrome/silver.

@kwerst Well, our building has 18 units! I think two are being rented right now. We hope to rent ours out in about 3 years!

And you guys are good - that credenza really is too big, but we thought we'd need the space. Turns out, it could be a very small side table - it's mainly holding DVDs we never watch.
