Love this look! Lots of lovely clear and bright colors. Even the baby toys fit in nicely. Very obvious that creative people who love color live here.

I'd love to stay here! Just love the use of color and the creative re-use of furniture and those wonderful afgans. I'll never look at afgans the same way again. And the paintings! One painting that really caught me was the one over the table in photo 30. Where can I find the artist? Zak and Krista, why just facilitate artists? This home/hotel shows that you are artists yourselves. Wow, what talent.

This is a loft apartment as it should be...it's perfect! Lots of plants, lots of artsy touches, lots of space! As someone who lives in an earthquake zone though I have to question the use of antlers and a big flower pot over the bed. But then, as I said I live in an earthquake zone.

Of all the rooms, the bathroom is my fave. Maybe it's that wonderful leafy wallpaper, or maybe the warm looking yellow tile or maybe the generous marble surround on the tub. I could soak in that tub for a long time. That room is perfect!

Love your home and your photography too, checked out your website! I'm a big fan of recycled and thrift finds, that's all we have at our home too. But most of all I like the stamp of the artist and personality throughout the whole place. One last thing, I'm curious about the pillows in the kitchen, that look like a silkscreen of a Japanese scene. Where did you find it?
