@spazio755: Care to go into a bit more detail? I've found their prices to be good and have seen good reviews, I was thinking of going with them. What broke for you that they couldn't fix? Are there other reasons why you think their quality is poor, or just from something breaking? Did they install it, or an independent contractor? Also, while I can understand your frustration, please go easy on the caps; makes it incredibly difficult to read.
