Oh, good, I'm not the only sad one. This one jumped out at me from the start — how I love it. The kitchen will never be loved like that again...

It wasn't clear in your question if you're looking to make money or not. In addition to Goodwill and the Salvation Army freecycle.org is an option if you're more into giving directly to those in need. Best thing about it is the Freecycle people pick things up! I think I'm in the minority but when I'm culling items I don't sell them as I think I've already gotten my money's worth and no longer expect a return on investment. Never let me buy a house :)

You go, 905er! Great to see some taste and independent spirit in the 'burbs.

The colour of the kitchen cupboards isn't soothing for me but I think it's mainly the curtains above the sink that I'm not sold on. Curious: What's the screen in the corner of your living room hiding? Is it a screen?

Very, very nice. A note: you use compliment in your pitch copy when I believe you mean complement.

This is the second apartment I've seen with the toilet lid up. I don't get it, but then again I have cats.

Christmas lights are indeed romantic but might be better to have a set with white wire instead of green.

Happy to see aerial views! It really helps give a sense of the entire space, or at least an entire room.

I think whether or not the skin is real has a lot to do with my impression of a place. Real, to some, would indicate a higher standard (as I imagine real costs more), but real can also indicate conspicuous consumption, which I find off-putting.

Any chance at all that your rug is faux? So much of this is great but that's kind of depressing.

I love this. You've mixed styles quite well.
