Bob is so cool. On his 81'st birthday he "sold" the company to his employees and it is transitioning to being employee-owned. His oatmeal won the Golden Spurtle Award for world's best oatmeal at the competition in Scotland. Expert Interview & Tour: Bob's Red Mill |

Not very eco-friendly in my opinion. Why throw all that carbon in the air to make an uncomfortable stool. Handsaw the wood and you could make a lot more than one stool with those logs. Belgian Ausgebrannt Wooden Stools Dezeen |

I make buckwheat cookies from a recipe from the New York Times. A very simple cookie but delicious. I really think you should use buckwheat grown in this country--Anson Mills or Bob's Red Mill are two sources. Scary things come in food from China. I just took some "ice cream" to a lactose intolerant friend who just got out of the hospital. We had Hagen Dasz chocolate sorbet with home-made-one-ingredient banana ice cream. Delicious. Can You Suggest Good Recipes For Non-Dairy Ice Cream? Good Questions | Apartment Therapy The Kitchn |

But if you look at the picture, it's sunny under the canopy and shaded everywhere else!. Anyway I think clay flowerpots with a hole in the bottom would be a little sturdier. Another Awesome Outdoor Canopy Idea | Apartment Therapy Boston |

My favorite faux BLT is made with natural chunky peanut butter mixed with smoked paprika. I'll bet it would be good with rosemary and garlic too. That Rogue smokey blue is so expensive it's best served on its own with fruit. A Smoky "BLT" for Vegetarians: Is It Picnic Time Yet? | Apartment Therapy The Kitchn |

Wretched excess! I wonder how many trees were cut down to make this monstrous house nestled in this beautiful woodland setting. The Wilkinson Residence House Tour | Apartment Therapy San Francisco |

Can't believe no one has mentioned this yet. I use Julie Sahni's recipe for cooking basmatic rice in the microwave! It doesn't save any time, but the rice is perfect and is already in a nice serving bowl. What Is the Best Way To: Cook Rice? | Apartment Therapy The Kitchn |

Your yard makes me nostalgic for my Midwestern childhood. I can see kids turning cartwheels and catching butterflies, grandma in one of those red metal chairs, men playing horseshoes and women bringing out potato salad and pies from the kitchen. Those who want you to "make rooms" or formal gardens or change a thing about your yard just don't get it. Apartment Therapy Chicago | My Great Outdoors: Jessimarie's Big Backyard |

I like your apartment; it's amazing you've only been there three months. I too, am tired of overdecorated, staged apartments. Where's peoples stuff? Your colors are soothing and flattering to people. I hate rooms with such bold color schemes that you have to be careful about what you wear when you go to visit. But maybe these people just sit alone in their perfect apartments. Show us what you've done in the next couple of months. Apartment Therapy - #18 - KimsKitchenSink's Relaxed Happy Home |
