I love the color palette. Dark colors in a small, dark room really do expand the visual space, contrary to what most people would believe. The warm greys & browns with white and red accents is very chic.

The phographer did a great job here. Photographing small dark spaces is really difficult, and these shots are excellent!

I wish that after all the times this apartment has been repainted, the owners had taken the time to strip & sand the woodwork. In the closeups the window frames are so lumpy, with dozens of paint drips. The original woodwork trim is such an important feature of this apartment, I think it would really benefit from some care and cleaning up.
