It's so rare in the design world to see a sofa that actually looks comfortable. I love how you balanced out the bulky sofa with all the other lighter pieces. And love the green accent wall. And the loft! I included you in my favorites here:

Of course I am tempted to make this a shameless plug for my own etsy shop - but I'll include a few others in my list to make it fair:

That picture just reminds me of the time my roommate decided to store our tupperware in the oven when we had no more cabinet space. A few days later, while I was preheating the oven, something started to smell a little strange....

I would recommend creating a space that belongs to the baby and nobody else. Find a spot that has enough space for a crib and some storage, and dedicate that area to the baby. I personally don't think a changing table is really necessary - we haven't used ours that much.
We kept our son in our room for a while, but when he was about three months old, we moved his crib into another room. It's just nice to have your own space. If you can make the 'baby area' in a spot other than your bedroom, go for that.

Here's an idea I loved:

I made a t-shirt quilt after I graduated from high school with all of my favorite t-shirts that I had saved over the years. Then I took it off to college with me!

Here are a few pictures of some good clothing quilts to give you inspiration:

Someone beat me to the punch - Oh, Fransson! is one of my favorite quilting blogs - browse through her site and I'm sure you'll find a pattern you like.

I love navy blue and dark brick red for baby boys - the colors are modern (especially when mixed with white furniture with clean, modern lines) and they work great with older boys too. I'm almost finished setting up my own son's nursery and will be posting pictures on my blog sometime this week. He has a few quilts you might want to see. If you're interested you can check my profile for the link.

I absolutely love this idea! I don't really care whether or not it came from a real vespa, it is too cute to matter. I had to put this on my own blog. I definitely want one of these in my son's room. Too bad it's one of a kind - I'm pretty sure these would be a hot seller.
