I made this for a barbecue this week and it was very popular. I even had a request from my husband's grandmother to make it for her husband's birthday party next month. We made this last night and it was heavenly. I only have a 12 inch pan, so it was perfect after 30 minutes. Vanilla bean ice cream on top was perfect. I made it this week, and it was really great. The slaw added a wonderful crunch and the sesame oil was the perfect pairing. The only complaint (from my husband) was that the meat itself was a bit bland. I think next time I will put more spices on the meat to kick it up a bit.
