You could use removable wall stickers. Personalized, they can be any color and shape you want and won't damage the walls. A beautiful curtain (I love Freespirit, Amy Butler and Heather Bailey prints) would give a nice touch too. Good luck! Brightening Up a Brown Room Good Questions |

We gave a crown, a cloak and a wooden horse at our son's birthday at school. We chose the red and white combination: stripes for boys and polka dots for girls. I've got 2 cats too, but my babies sleep in their own room. As the pets were anxious to interact with my first son, I've bought a door with an acrilyc window to keep it shut without any harm to the baby. I did the same thing with my girl's bedroom.
