Eating Crow,

I was worried about the products I had ordered from Bo Concept and this column in no way alleviated those fears. I would like to report that the platform bed, entertainment cabinet and wardrobe unit I ordered new and the wardrobe unit I purchased on sale as a floor model all arrived undamaged and were expertly installed exactly when Bo said they would be. Additionally one of the doors was not adjusted properly and when I call Bo they talked me through how to make the proper adjustments. I would purchase products form them again.
