the first paragraph took me by heart, as I keep telling my friends almost the same thing. I love my tiny little apartment and the projects give me such pride or the items I purchase have a story to tell.. People just do not get it. Hi , Tracy333, yes the artwork that I fell in love is above the couch. Pi , the sectional is from West Elm and the color is called "Dove Gray" in their website. That's why I said it is gray :-) twnt1andcounting, I did not paint the room, it was painted when I bought the apt and I did not change it since. LyonStill, I did not know there is a rule that you have to paint the walls for this contest, if there was I apologize cause I had no idea. I change the decor in my apt quite often and I do not think I can tolerate the change of paint colors every two weeks. Here is my version (and I make it every week, ppl in my office literally beg for it). 2 ripe avocados, 4 tomatoes, scallion, cilantro, pickled jalepenos (and a little bit its juice), salt, pepper, lemon, olive oil (be generous), ginger....
