I really like this space. Is it really only 700 sq feet and lacking light? It looks so open illuminated! I love how comfortable and attainable it seems. It's so unpretentious and fun. Lindsay & Jeremy's Mindfully Merged Space House Tour |

I like both shades of green in the walls and how it's paired with the red accents. But all I can think of is how dusty that place must get--and how difficult it must be to dust it. I also can't get over the fact that it's 3000 sq feet. It's hard to be inspired by spaces that are three times the size of my own. Randy's Retro Redux House Tour | Apartment Therapy DC |

I'm on day 3 of my starter (technically, it's day 4, but I forgot to take care of it last night!). My starter seems separated. There's a thin layer at the bottom of dough-iness. On top of that is a layer (about 1/2 -3/4 inch thick) of liquid. And on top of that, the sticky, bubbly mess. Apartment Therapy The Kitchen | Food Science: What is Sourdough? |

I wish I'd read this post earlier. I just did my grocery shopping for the next 3 to 4 days, and I want to eat this tomorrow night. Apartment Therapy The Kitchen | Recipe: Strozzapretti with Pecorino, Prosciutto and Something Green |

If you have regular cake flour on hand, but the recipe calls for self-rising cake flour, rather than run out to the store late at night when the baking bug bites, can you concoct something at home to substitute for it? Apartment Therapy The Kitchen | Everyday Baking: Questions for John Baricelli |
