Has anyone made this? I have. I used extra-lean ground beef, carrots, celery and corn, red but not green pepper, chili powder, cumin, oregano and a good amount of ground chilies, red wine and beef broth.
Boring and very, very soupy. Ended up tripling the chili powder and adding more garlic. Simmered, uncovered, for two hours--still much too soupy. Had to thicken with cornstarch.

Try these with a vanilla yogurt topping instead of ice cream. Healthier, less calories, and still yummy.

Perfectly good fruit as a cleaner? What's next--asparagus for your Limoges? This, I might add, from a "Reader Intelligence Report". Carole King's Tapestry. It worked 40 years ago and still does -- although I always do find a reason for a break during Way Over Yonder.

The track lighting is a great improvement, and clearly an easy project. I love the pot rack AND the obviously much-used pots and pans: it's a working kitchen, not a display room.

I too bought this bed when I moved a few months ago--new apartment, new, better bed. Wrong. HOT HOT HOT. Okay, I do prefer a coolish bed, but I was told, practically promised, that this model would not feel hot like the other memory foam mattresses--it breathes, it has moisture wicking properties. Well, mine certainly didn't. I tried sleeping on this bed with the A/C on full blast and after about an hour I was sweating, with a room temperature of under 20 Celsius. Moved to the couch until the bed was removed and replaced with a nice Posturepedic.

I have the $50. version of that showerhead and it's wonderful, with great pressure. It also has a connector for a handheld shower (it can be attached to the tiles) and a flip switch that allows you to use either head. Great to have both; the handheld is useful for washing things like your cat or the window screens that always seem to be dirty.
If you're concerned about water, get the cheap one and donate the extra $270. to an environmental group. No one needs a $320. showerhead, right?

Good find at $47. each? No way. I'm in Montreal and most stores don't supply bags (plastic or paper) for free anymore, so how would I get all those paper bags we're supposed to be doing without? I have a neat, city-supplied divided plastic bin. All it needs is a wash now and then. That's a good, responsible find.

Thank you for your version of posting instructions, organs. Nevertheless, sometimes a few or even one word conveys it all. In this case, Ugly, Hideous and Ugh communicate the poster's feelings about the chair.
Be nice.

It's attractive, but there's about twenty things sitting on that whole lot of shelves - and most of them could be simply hanging on the wall.
Real challenge: you've got a tiny bedroom with no floor space for bookshelves and some 300 books in desperate need of a home.
Oh, and that butterly chair -- ouch!

I've lived in a 1920's apartment building for over 27 years. The rooms are spacious, but the kitchen is small and has six narrow cupoards. I installed a large pegboard on the wall facing the kitchen entrance; that's where all of my mismatched pots and pans live. Don't know what I would do without it!
