I don't have any personal experience, but I would caution that it is extremely important to make sure the company has all your contact information - and has it correct! If they can't "find" you, they sell the contents of your container to the highest bidder. I work in a law firm and we represented a client who had this happen. I can only imagine how stressed I would be if that were to happen!

I lived in some pretty crummy farmhouses in my childhood. The most successful (and seriously unintentional) mouse "bait" we ever used was a half-eaten snickers bar. Hope you have better luck!
