Kambykitten, not sure if this idea will work, but it popped in my head as a possibility. You could try holding the picture by a loop of sturdy twine or string wrapped around the picture wire. Mark the string with chalk at the bottom of the loop (where it meets the picture wire) and then hold it up against the wall and rub the picture so the chalk mark goes onto the wall. Electrical outlets with on/off switches built in so you can easily switch off appliances that continue to use electricity even when you aren't using them. If you don't like the dots in the rasterbated images you can also use other programs to create poster size photos that you print on smaller pages. I agree with Renata - this magazine is definitely different now, so don't judge it without taking a look. Almost every issue has a feature from a fairly modern looking home and they've featured several great homes that mix antiques and modern furnishings, which I love. Shelly Klein of K studio had a feature on her home in the mag. I love Domino, Blueprint, etc. but also look forward to BHG each month.
