I love this! I can't believe how amazing it is and that you did that all yourself.

I work all day so when I get home I am full-on mom. After she goes to sleep, I'm usually exhausted but I spend an hour or two sewing or making stuff or fixing something before I crash.

Then I squeeze in a litte bit of TV before I hit the sack.

I've found that putting all my projects on my blog has really helped me to motivate as well.

Everything is stashed in our huge unfinished basement. I can't get my husband to bring his crap to the Goodwill for nothin'.

All of my stuff down there, of course, is absolutely necessary.

I use wooden hangers for my displays when I go to craft shows. I've gotten them all off eBay.

I have two sizes: baby and toddler. The toddler hangers have all had a metal wire running through the middle with clips for skirts or pants. I just had my husband cut through it with some pliers. Then he used a different pair of pliers to pull the wire out of the wood.

Ikea for the big beige one and the little ones. Flor for the aqua ones.

Our wipes solution recipe is pretty much the same as the vegan one (above).

I just want to second the use of tea tree oil. It really helps with the little rashes the baby gets in her chubby creases and we've not had one speck of diaper rash.

You are killing me with another alphabet! I can't afford another...

This is one of the best out there.

Thank you!

The crib is Tassa from Ikea. It was discontinued last year but I have seen them on Craig's list.

The dresser is Anes from Ikea. $200 and very good quality. The drawers slide easily and hold a lot.

We love the American Traditions paint from Lowe's. It seems to be the only brand that works on our plaster walls. The aqua color is called "Crystal Aqua" by Valspar.

Thanks for the good comments!

The rocker is really comfortable but it doesn't have much of a "rocking radius" so I'm thinking we might have been better off with the chair. We haven't used it much yet because of that so it's still clean. I did see someone last year on Top Design dye the covers for this piece and it was really beautiful so that's my plan if it gets stained.

I can't wait to use the chair when Zadie's older. It's big enough for both of us so it will be great for reading.
