me likey....have obsessively discussed ceiling design with my husband...with ideas that were more on the "Gaudi" side of things....but thought that then the ceiling might give me way too many nightmares waking up to that after having had a few too many.... I did a variation of this recipe from a baby cookbook called "Simply Natural Baby Food" by Cathe Olson. The recipe adds a very ripe, (unfrozen) mashed avocado to the frozen banana. When our kids were little we called it "Mermaid Ice Cream" and it was a great way to get another healthy veggie into them.
