I'm going to try and answer some of the questions:
DYAN_CAN: The poster is of an Arne Jacobsen exhibit. It is a rare vintage poster from 1962.
BIGTAB: It's definitely 900 sq.ft. The living room is 22' long and 14.5' wide, but because I've got very few walls, and 10' ceilings, it feels much bigger. It was the thing that attracted me to the house.
VELEXERE: The mirror is 6' wide, and came sideways through the door. They then layed it face down on the floor, rotated it , and flipped it up into position. I sized it to line up with the top of the door frame. It really helps in making a narrow rowhouse not feel like a bowling alley.
PHILLY KAIT: One of my favourite mid century sofas is by Hans Olsen. There is one on ebay in black leather. Another one of my favourite sources is scandinavianmod.com.
GIA99: The colour on all the cabinets and doors is Off-Black No.57. It has a slight dark blue undertone to it, which I love.
