Love the bed on #1 and I like the arrangement on #3. As a kid, I had a bookcase opposite to my bed, and luckily, when the earthquake stroke I had just gotten out of bed, otherwise, the heavy load that fell on my bed would have found me there. After living in earthquake-prone areas for most of my life, I would never consider hanging a heavy object or artwork behind my bed. That said, they do look good! Big Art in the Bedroom |

Could you put the TV on a wheeled cart or in an easel? I would put a sofa opposite to the fireplace, a couple of chairs on the sides, if you want more sitting space, and the tv on the right corner of the fireplace, that way, it would be visible, looking good, but not being the main focus, if you want to watch it while lying down on the sofa, just move it closer to the fireplace for the time being. Yay. I lived with one for many years and was never an issue. I bought carton milk every other week and fresh groceries once or twice a week so they never spoiled. Leftovers were stored in small containers, as I cooked enough for two days. Life in Paris is such a pleasure that even going to the market is nice... Enjoy! Under Counter Refrigerators: Yay or Nay? |
