I love your sense of color. It's so lovely and refreshing in your home without feeling overwhelmingly bright. It makes me miss living in San Francisco. The light from all of the windows was glorious! Molly's Coloring Book Modern Apartment House Tour |

Well said. I'm on the same stumbling boat and even though some days are a bit frustrating, the majority of my days are a gratifying combination of kids and work. Kids are adaptable, I have to remind myself. As long as they get some time with me, they can figure out how to play without me, and that's good for them. Thanks for the affirmation! Wallpaper is tough to pass up. I'd go for the Spanish Olive to keep it fairly neutral. You may want to have some wallpapers in mind before painting. I tend to fall in love with a patterns and if my paint didn't match I'd be tempted to repaint. Help Me Choose the Right Color: 10 Paint Possibilities |

Seriously, some of you are taking the project and photo quite literally. It's a fun idea for whatever you want to store in jars. And if you are fearing your child's death by scissors, tak'r easy, man. Put some crayons in them and store them in a high place and get the jar down for the kid and then all is well.
