I live in Missouri, same problem here, I feel everyone has a right to do what they please in their own apartment. But keep it in your apartment, not ours. After all you were ALL non-smokers one time in your life. You just chose a bad habit to get into, why should you feel you need to spread your SHS to us? We don't want the health issues you have or even black lung. It's not fair to us, when you smoke like a stovepipe that your smoke has no-where to go but to us non-smokers. Keep it in your own apartment, you fill the cracks in your apartment, why should we, your smoke is an invasion of out home, stoke it
