Not sure why hiring a housekeeper is on the list. As an adult, I feel pretty confident in my cleaning skills without the help of someone I've paid.

Home Design Decisions Only Grown-Ups Will Make

For me the hardest part about becoming a vegetarian was an emotional/mindeset one. I love to cook and try new things, so that was not a challenge. And my husband was also the one to really initiate our switch to meat-free, so I didn't have to worry about getting him on board. But living without meat, at least for me, is hard. I miss it every single day. There is not a dinner that passes where I don't wish I could've enjoyed a delicious pork chop instead of a lentil ragu. I miss everything about meat but I know that not eating it is the right decision for myself. I feel healthier and the moral and ethical issues that plagued me before are gone.

I came to the decision that it is okay for me to miss meat, and I will never get over my body and tastebud's need for a real hamburger. Just because I crave meat, doesn't make me a bad vegetarian. I know that it is something many meat-free people struggle with, so its nice to know I'm not alone. Good luck!
