Couldn't you just re-draw on the lines? I know people are baking sharpie onto cups and whatnot, but there are also pens/inks made for glass that you could just re-draw on the lines and measurements on the outside. Also, I don't think you can recycle pyrex. http://earth911.com/news/2010/10/11/how-to-recycle-your-old-cookware/

Yet again, I am lactose intolerant and have been for the past 10 years. I have done my research and 7% less lactose doesn't mean an absence of lactose. It's like saying there's 5% less fat in frosting - doesn't mean that there suddenly is no fat in frosting. From my experience in dealing with dairy, and from others who have dairy allergies, there isn't enough of a difference with going with goats milk. Maybe they're the other 9 (of the 1-10 who can) who can't handle alpha-S1. My bad.
I'm just going by percentages here.... So, 7% less lactose - still leaves 93% still there. And then a 1 in 10 chance you might not be allergic to the protein. Yeah. For goats milk to work for you that's still a slim possibility.
Maybe they should try panda milk.

I really like the chia seeds! I use them in iced tea for something like a mini-bubble tea... They'll take on the flavor of what they're soaked in and don't have much flavor on their own. Also, they're more shelf stable than flax.
Though I do like flax in my granola....

Actually, good jeans don't shrink... They usually get bigger... Has something to do with good cotton will stretch, icky polyester will shrink. If they shrink, you're either buying cheap clothes or washing them wrong. Levis has you try on jeans that are a tad tight because they stretch slightly after about 1/2 a day of wear. Like they're supposed to...

Alternatively, don't get fat and your jeans won't "shrink."

@Emmi- um. Yeah. Lack of access to "nice" reusable bags is my problem. I live in Portland. I get "pretty" cotton totes EVERYWHERE. I am currently the proud owner of about 20 of them. That's not my concern here.
The problem is that in Portland, doing away with plastic bags hasn't taken care of the issue they were concerned with: waste reduction and litter. Rather than having plastic littering the streets, we've got paper bags forming goopy messes on the streets and sidewalks (it rains in Portland, BTW).
Also, most stores here are doing away with the "fun" discount they offered when you brought in your own bag.

As someone from Portland, it's really really inconvenient. And I find myself buying a lot of plastic bags to make up for the lack of grocery bags. Now, rather than seeing mostly plastic bags lying in the rain, we see puddles of paper bags.... People aren't recycling them, they're just throwing them away... sometimes on the ground because "paper is biodegradable, right?"
When you forget your bag, you either get 7-8 paper bags or buy a "cloth" bag. (I've also seen a lot of those cheapo "cloth" bags in the trash... because some of them aren't recyclable.)

It really depends on the contractor you use. IF you do REFERENCES you can find a great one who will do a better job than you. The DIY paint jobs I do always look DIY. Unless I want, "Oh, you did this yourself," everytime I invite people over, I hire a pro. Usually the thing I like about DIY is that it's a showcase of my tallent and not an indicator of how cheap I am.
