Instead of exchanging gifts, my husband and I buy ourselves a nice piece of artwork. This year we are buying a beautiful painting from an artist- friend of ours. Loooong, hottttt showers. What an extreme waste...of energy and water! You're wasting fuel--to heat the VERY HOT water and your wasting water by taking overly long showers. Both of these things are NOT renewable resources. Sorry, but, IMHO, this kind of attitude is exactly why this country is in such a sorry state...
