I just made my first porc veau et jambon (Pork, Veal with Ham cold meatloaf to me) for a dinner party tonight, (gourmet group, my assignment). It looks just like the picture above and I'm going to be positive as I give it my first try. I have to agree it looks like cold spam to me. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. My question, what wine? I've seen recommendations of Savignon Blanc and Cabernet on the same page.
