I made these a few weeks ago for vegetarians and non vegetarians and they were a wonderful side dish perfect for late fall. I was pleased at how simple they were to make and clear the instructions were. They book has so many interesting and varied dumplings. I am excited to make the sweet sticky rice dessert offerings soon.
