Have you thought of trying a Hollandia International bed? At that price point, you should be getting more than a glorified flat mattress. I've tried the bed that you are using and I found that it restricted my movement and made me feel trapped in bed. Hollandia has adjustable beds that take care of your back don't swallow you whole.
