I have a bottle in my pantry.... I love it... I'm looking forward to dressing it up more with some of the things you describe.... we use it with dumplings and spring rolls.

We live in an apartment and our windows our huge and very thin. Plus, in our bedroom we have sliding glass doors.

Anyways, we used our bubble wrap to insulate our windows. We washed them, measured how much we needed, sprayed the windows with some water, and slapped up the bubble wrap.

Voila! instant insulation. It looks like we live in a fish bowl, but in the winter we stay warmer and in the summer cooler... It's a wonderful use of BUBBLE WRAP!

I have been enjoying champagne cocktails lately with bitters... It's a lovely after dinner drink, or just to share with the girls.

Champange cocktail:

Drop sugar cube in champagne glass
2-3 drops bitters
poor champagne and enjoy
