Ignore the earlier comment about replacing the entire vanity. It's not aways as easy as a video shows. I bet the video does not show what to do when the drain pipe breaks at the wall which happened to my bf last weekend. You can do the more elaborate option if you have a larger budget for contingencies and an ability to do without the bathroom if need be.

Otherwise, stick to simple fixes others have suggested like painting, caulking, cleaning the grout and adding a shower curtain over the doors.
