I'm about to hit my 8 year anniversary, I use to have a framed wedding picture on my nightstand but I swapped it out for a floating frame full of all of our photobooth pictures. They range from when we started dating to a few months ago.

If I could I would just change two tiny things: 1) Move all the curtain rods to the ceiling, it will make the place seem taller. 2) Remove the artwork from over the bed, it distracts from the gorgeous chandelier you've got there (maybe move that down a link or two?).

I have the same couch next to a heater (about two feet) and its been there for two years (also in SoCal) and it's fine.

It looks a million times better, we did a better job painting than the people our landlord hired before we moved in and I doubt she'll even notice. We did all white, I suppose it's a different issue if you paint something in a color like red, green, black or yellow.

I've been the upstairs and downstairs neighbor. Nothing helps more than rug pads and no shoes.

I had a downstairs neighbor who frequently called the cops on our cat (that's right) we weren't even home and our cat just had the run-around-cat-crazies.

After a few calls to the police they informed her we could charge her with harassment. She was old/crazy us being above her was the very least of her problems.

The app is called 'Find iPhone' I think it comes with the phone?

@Amber If you have an iPhone there's an app for that. It allows you to track and message your phone if lost. You can even wipe the information if you feel you'll never see it again.

My issue with this is that make-up tends to get messy. Lids break off, powder gets loose etc. I'm happier with it all in a drawer.

Am I the only one seeing the Seahorse in a vase? Don't they need an aquarium with a pump?

I have, my last 8 apartments were done this way. Due to my husband's work we move frequently and can't take the time to fly out to the new city and look for places that way.
