Love this thing! The kettle was the first one I bought from this collection - its handle matched the colors in my kitchen. :) Then I bought same style juicer and coffee maker. Great products!

When I don't have time for planning meals that means I don't have time for shopping either. So I go straight to the freezer! There is always something delicious and just ready to be heated up. :)

I'll support those who are with counting calories. :) And planning your daily food intake. It does help you to stay focused and keep your body in shape (in combination with daily exercises, of course).
It allows me to keep the same clothes size in my late 30s as when I was a teenager. ;)

Loading a dishwasher is like solving a jigsaw puzzle for me: can I feet this thing in between these or not? Sometimes I end up rearranging it several times! LOL And there are certain spots for certain dishes, no exceptions. :) And I put spoons, forks and knives handle up. It is more easy to take them out by handles.

I put the broccoli in pyrex bowl and cover it with wet paper towel. Microwave for 1-2 minutes, depends on the amount of veges. Simple and easy: good fresh vegetables don't need seasoning.

Is she bulking or something? ;) A person who takes care of herself will never put THAT stuff into her body.

My suggestion - skip the second piece of bread on top of the sandwich and use large lettuce leaf instead. Ezekiel bread, hard boiled egg, roasted beef or smoked salmon, Tabasco sauce and lettuce is my "the greatest sandwich ever." Add steamed asparagus on the side and you'll have The Perfect lunch ever! :)

I consider breakfast as my main meal of the day. It gives me power.

But my biggest meal is dinner. It consists of a fresh salad, a protein meal and a dessert. :)

That stuff goes to my list of "invented food I walk by" like string cheese. :) I still have no idea why I should spend my money on those products when the real cheese or cream still exist and cost the same...
