I second the Kenmore kitchen. We got an older model that I don't see online from Craigslist and it is awesome. Also, it is bigger so not good for a small space but great for taller children. Play Kitchens for Any Budget |

Kinderville. I buy them on Amazon. They have cups, bowls, plates, and storage containers made from silicone, so they aren't plastic and aren't breakable. They stack nicely. Good Real Cups for Small Kids Good Questions |
