I have a counter top convection oven from Costco ($40) I use for a lot of cooking. It seems more efficient than my large gas oven for everything from veggies and anything I can cook in my 3 qt pot. This butter is delish. I discovered it at Trader Joes a few years ago and the Kerrygold car makes me smile when I see it. Some Costcos carry it (3-pack) also but the price is comparable to Trader Joes for one. It's this or Strauss Creamery butter.
