When growing many herbs in pots, it's easier if the herbs have similar requirements: amount of sun, water, etc.

@ suby, you should introduce your outdoors herbs gradually to the indoor environment. this process is called acclimation, where you place your herbs in a shady area for a few hours everyday to get them used to less sun and colder temperature bit by bit.
