I sucked my thumb until I went to kindergarten. Then just stopped. People were always telling me to stop and pulling my thumb out of my mouth. All it did was aggravate me. I never needed braces, my teeth were perfect. I didn't have a cavity until I was 24 and got lots of compliments on my teeth and smile. I say don't sweat it. I'm not with my 3 1/2 year old. We did away with our coffee table after our son fell and got a huge knot on his cheek. We had nothing for a while then we got a soft storage bench from Target. It has held up pretty well and it's great for a quick clean up of the living room toys. Coffee Tables & Kids |
