I'd like a table next to that tree. I could pay for my meal without reaching for my wallet.

I'm more envious of his Bowflex dumbells than anything else.

That thing looks disgusting! I would not try to clean that at all. I'd have to buy a new one. A sink that size cannot cost that much that you need to put yourself through that.

I used to sit on the porch swinng forever when we used to visit the country (Alabama).

Not quite cool inside the home though.

Even worse is a bed suspended by chains which I saw on one of those they-should-arrested-and-stripped-of-their-design-credentials-if-they-have-any-at-all-for-doing-that-to-those-poor-people's-homes-and-should-be-cancelled shows on HGTV.

I can do without the boxes but I sure love some of the frames. I really like the white (leather?) boxes that their watches come in. Maybe I'll try to do something creative with the ones I have.

"Two brothers," yeah right, LOL. Me and my BF were roomates for a long time to most people. Kidding.

Anyway, good snapshots from the TV. I love courtyards. The brothers did a nice job.

Is that a coy pond? I know a guy with a coy pond that just would not shut up about it when we visited his house. LOL.

The bed on the floor really works in this apartment. It's serene. It's a hard look to pull off but this execution is successful.

I also love the tubular shelving component...another great execution.

The lighted headboard...you just keep banging the creativity out.

I would love to get my hands on that awesome letter "S" on your wall.

The naysayers can say what they want but this apartment is one of the MOSt creative in the entire contest.

Gorgeous sofa. The Ikea PS Cabinet is definately on its way to "classic" status.

Voodoo Child -- The guy is in LA, I think it's ok that his alcohol is on the heater. How often could he possibly have to use it in LA?! I'm sure he'd move the alcohol for the week that he would need to turn the heater on.

This is the first entry that I voted "super cool" and I did that because you have managed to turn a really odd apartment into what looks like a comfortable place to live!! I love that sofa. I love furniture upholstered in masculine fabrics. I would arrange the art and a few small pieces differently and I would give that throw over the back of the sofa another home. Overall the place is very nice.

Great job!!

P.S. Love the coffee table too.

I only clicked on this because it's Miami and that's my hometown. I liked the daughter's area! This place would be so much warmer with wood floors (which is not the renters fault at all). But that is one thing that I do NOT miss about the majority of South FL rentals, the tile and carpet! yuck. Some of the older rentals on Miami beach have wood floors though and they look super cool!

Not to be snarky at all!! ...but it does not look furnished. I really think this needs more work. Enter it next year once you've done more. We'd all appreciate that I think.
