My husband (of 17 years) and I have been living in a 400 sf Park Model (sort of trailer/cottage) for 1/2 the year for the past 5 years. It is in the desert so we spend a lot of time outside. It was a lot of fun figuring out furniture and storage, but it is getting old. We've used all the tricks we can think of (ear phones for computer/music/tv and using vertical space) and are turning a 100sf shed into a laundry/office. But we have different natures. He is messy and collects stuff and I get rid of everything. I am dreaming of having some space just to myself, and the thought of having my own bathroom seems like a life-changing temptation. I think I've been cooped up a bit too long.
