nice, I use this approach in heating season but like to cool the whole house in the summer due to humidity levels. I live in the southeast and have a decent amount of woodwork in my house that I don't want to expose to large fluctuations in temperature and humidity. Another reason is that my central HVAC system uses R-410, which is phriendlier than R-22. However, I do like how this unit evaporates the condensate into the exhaust air stream.
