I made this yesterday! It was my very first attempt ever at making home-made icecream, and I used maxwell's hand mixer method, instead of an ice cream maker. I'm happy to say that what I made both looks and tastes like ice cream. YAY! I just wish that you could taste the cinnamon and cayenne a bit more when it is cold. I'm thinking, serve with a Mexican Hot Fudge? I'll let you know how that goes. Recipe: Mexican Chocolate and Almond Ice Cream |
