Oh, and I forgot to mention that it syncs online, so you can access from multiple computers. With the Android app, I can also use my phone when shopping or keep it nearby for following the recipe.

I also vote for Evernote. I have been using it for recipes for the past couple years and have found it greatly simplifies my life. I even take the recipes from magazines, look for them online, and add them to Evernote. Either highlight directly or choose a print friendly view first and then Windows key + A to enter automatically into Evernote. Sometimes, there will already be keywords/tags in the article/blog that you can copy in to help with searching later. I used to put "Recipe" in front of the title of the recipe, but I got lazy. :)

I just finished a grilled pepper jack and turkey using low-fat mayo instead of butter. Much easier than needing to melt just enough butter for one sandwich and little grease factor. I didn't get as much flavor or that crust that I expected, but maybe I needed either more mayo or full fat. Definitely recommend trying this!

Roasted cauliflower really works well with/in most mac and cheese recipes and adds bulk without tons of calories.

I tried these this morning and was amazed at how good they were! I have to admit I was a little skeptical about using pizza dough, but they really came together nicely without anything to give away that they weren't entirely homemade. Definitely a keeper!

Breakfast in Bed Recipe: IKEA-Inspired Cinnamon Rolls | Apartment Therapy The Kitchn

If I can get myself to Trader Joe's, I will try those IKEA inspired cinnamon rolls.

But, today is hot, and I am lazy. I also need to use some miscellaneous stuff in the fridge, so going to make Chipotle Chicken Cheesesteaks and some corn on the cob with maybe some honey lime butter for dinner. Then I got inspired to make fruit daiquiris in advance in a freezer bag and am making some lemon ginger simple syrup to use with some white apricots I can't bring myself to eat.

Love lazy Saturdays!

Definitely no TV in the bedroom! I don't really get how/when that became the norm, but I'm just weird like that.

I have also been using my Blackberry on vibrate to wake me up instead of a piercing alarm (light sleeper) and keep it on bedside mode so it doesn't squawk at me all night.
