I would like to try greek yogurt in cake. I have tried it in banana bread and waffles and they both turned out moist and yummy. I bet greek yogurt would be a great option, and better for you.

Oh! Lefse is one of my favorite things! My Grandma makes this every Christmas and only at Christmas. I really need to learn how to make it.

As for the no bake cheesecake with gelatin, I grew up with my mom making an oreo crust with the same type of cheesecake middle.
