The 'curtain rod system' link in the caption under the last image of the panels doesn't work. I'd love to see more solutions similar to this. Thanks!

We have 6 pillows on the bed. 4 regular and 2 shams which we use to prop and read in bed.

I love the color scheme in the picture but I would have removed 4 of the smaller ones in front so what was left was 2 rows of pillows in back, one decorative green pillow, one smaller purple/pink pillow in front. Still pushing it in my opinion but better.

Does anyone know where that storage ottoman in the picture came from?

My daughter likes to read on her bedroom floor. I would love to give her something soft to sprawl out on! Nice giveaway...

You're right about framing. If you had a piece that size and took it in for a custom metal frame - it would be ridiculously expensive. Buying the frame first and fitting the artwork to it is a little backwards but it makes sense to me. I do that kind of thing all the time.

If you can't get rid of that media unit than definitely paint it white. I would switch the position of that chair to the wall by the entrance to the dining room and put a lamp on a small table next to it. I would some art on the 2 narrow walls as well. Lastly I would hang a horizontal mirror above the couch to open up the narrowness and hang 2 smaller mirrors on either side of your bedroom door entrance.

The palette throughout the house is subdued but works so well. Why can't subtle palettes be considered for a color contest? Color is definitely not an afterthought here. It pulls together each room and makes it work.

What a great space. Love the way you use color throughout. Please tell me where you got the low bookshelf in the first picture?
