I work at the CUNA headquarters and we've got a pretty great cafeteria (connected to the office buildings by underground tunnels, key in WI winters) but my particular corner of the world also has a nice kitchen with a clean microwave and big fridge. So many things! First I'd make "Crockpot Venison" with mushrooms, onions, and root vegetables (my dad would be so proud!), then I'd use it just as a dutch oven to make chicken with 40 cloves of garlic (which will either make me the most or least popular apartment-dweller in my building), and then on to steel-cut oatmeal! A very nice thought indeed. Myanmar is the name declared by the military junta against whom the monks and Burmese people are protesting. Please consider using Burma as opposed to Myanmar.
