I have had this lock for a year now and use it all the time. It is perfect and easy to use! Not cheap at all.

Just last week I was asked to take my sleeping baby out of the ergo prior to the plane pulling away from the gate. I was told he could not be secured to me during takeoff or landing. Then we stuck on the runway for 45 min. and i had a very awake and tired baby with me. This was on Southwest. Not sure if the same rules apply to other airlines.

I just built this for my back yard and was happy to get it for just $150 when I had been looking at other teak boxes upwards of $1000. I figure this will do the trick until the kids get a bit bigger.

And to add extra seating to the back yard I am going to top it with a cushion!

I just started using the Million Dollar Baby Jenny-Lind crib with my newborn. We just turned the crib and faced the drop down side towards the wall. We will never use the drop down side and that way all the ugly plastic hardware for the drop down is hidden against the wall.

My 2 1/2 year old is still in his crib that has a drop down side and I have never used it so I figured I wouldn't use it on the Jenny Lind either.
