Don't lose hope! I spent quite a while looking for my July-start lease and I did eventually find an amazing place for a reasonable price. Depending on what area you're interested in, this might be no help at all (my place is on the border between Brookline and Boston, in the Fenway area), but I used Metro Realty and they were fantastic.

This is one of my favorite fabrics, too! I remember trying to research it too, a while back, and I found a similar pattern: Kravet's "Decade." You can get it here here (scroll down for more colorways) if you're lucky enough to be able afford it! The chair itself is a Jacobean/Tudor style; you can probably easily find one on Craigslist to reupholster!

It's great to see a post about pink bathrooms that isn't fawning over how adorably retro they are! I recently "made over" mine in a much less impressive fashion (It's still pink; I can't do anything to the tile... yet). Although my "after" isn't as lovely as yours, my "before" was a lot worse, too. I blogged about it and posted plenty of pictures here: http://luisadesignblog.blogspot.com/2010/12/my-pink-bathroom.html .

I'll admit that I haven't seen most of these but I have to agree that the King's Speech was not only a fantastic but also had the most gorgeous interiors! I actually wrote a post about it on my own blog right before I saw this post ( http://luisadesignblog.blogspot.com/2011/01/visually-striking-period-dramas.html ). It was interesting to find out that the wall was actually like that before the filmmakers got there - they just reproduced it to cover the rest of the room!
