My trick for horrible all day "morning" sickness was to keep my stomach full. Maybe try eating a little snack before you attempt to cook anything. For me, sour things really helped for some reason: sour fruit, hard candies, pickles... I also ate a lot of ginger chews and a ton of fresh fruit. Good luck! Help! @nerdyredhead - I named my daughter Parker after writer Dorothy Parker. I've been thinking of other authors for future children. I considered both Harper and Lee. Eudora is a great idea.
