The best drought tolerant garden I have seen is at the Sam Maloof museum in Rancho Cucamongo/Alta Loma - it's called Beverly's garden and she is one of the most knowledgeable people I've spoken to about drought tolerant gardening. Apartment Therapy - LA Times HG roundup: 9.27.07 |

I bought and sold with the same realtor and it was the most painful process I have ever experienced. I found my new place by looking at the MLS listings myself and lost two buyers because of the incompetence of the realtor(s). Next time, I using RedFin - I read about them before it was too late to cancel my contract. In the end, I did more work than the realtor(s) and paid them 5%. Apartment Therapy - You're FIRED!
