along the lines of quiltmaster...lamp is unique enough, don't drown it out with some guady shade. keep it simple. restoration hardware has a decent selection and is super affordable.
We appreciate the hyperexaggerated threat of random violence that exists here...Oakland's semblance of a 'cool' American city better last a little longer...back off SF!
check out ikeas selection...doesn't seem super (debatable) discovered yet, modern, sturdy and definatly on the cheap...just finished a pair of thonet chairs and they look sharp sharp!
